CaseSnappy Ltd ("CaseSnappy") is a limited company registered in the United Kingdom with Company Number 15158866. Throughout the document, the terms "we", "us", "our" and "CaseSnappy" refer to CaseSnappy Ltd.

Acceptance of Terms
By using this Website (www.casesnappy.com), you are entering into a legal agreement with us, which includes these Website Terms and Conditions of Usage ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, as well as any other rules, policies or procedures that we may establish. You also accept that you are accountable for your compliance with any relevant local regulations and laws. If you disagree with these Terms, you are prohibited from using this site. All content on this Website is safeguarded by copyright and trademark law.

Usage Licence
CaseSnappy is a platform which provides users with AI generated summaries of legal judgements and concepts. CaseSnappy is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. As a user, you are permitted to access the information CaseSnappy provides for personal use or internal business use only. Any attempt to:

• Modify or duplicate the content;
• Employ the materials for any public display or commercial use;
• Attempt to deconstruct any software present on CaseSnappy's Website;
• Remove any proprietary markings, including copyright from the content; or
• Transfer the content to another individual or "mirror" the materials on another server;

is strictly prohibited. Any breach of this policy could result in a termination of your access to CaseSnappy. In such case, any downloaded or printed content in your possession should be destroyed immediately.

Account & Subscription
In order to access the platform, you must create an account with CaseSnappy. You acknowledge and accept responsibility for the activity conducted through your account. Subscription payments will be handled through Stripe, with the details of such payments in line with the subscription configurations chosen by you. You reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. There is no downloadable software associated with CaseSnappy's service.

CaseSnappy offers three account plans: Lite, Student and Commercial. The Lite plan allows users to generate up to 3 summaries per day; the Student plan allows users to generate up to 25 summaries per day; and the Commercial plan allows users to generate up to 100 summaries per day. Creating multiple accounts in order to exceed the Lite plan's summary limit is prohibited, and CaseSnappy reserves the right to ban from the platform (either temporarily or permanently) any users who commit such infringements.

Free Trials
Students who are members of student societies with whom CaseSnappy is actively partnered may be eligible for a free trial as per the terms of CaseSnappy’s ratified agreement with their particular student society. These free trials and the upgrading process is governed by CaseSnappy's ratified agreement with the relevant student society, with further instructions provided to student societies outside of these agreements. Students must be confirmed as society members by their relevant student society before the upgrading process can take place.

Students who are eligible for a free trial but choose to purchase a premium plan independently before their free trial can be activated will not be automatically upgraded to a certain premium plan for free (after or if, for example, their premium plan expires). CaseSnappy does not accept any responsibility for statements made either by CaseSnappy's partner student societies or third parties regarding the availability of, or required steps to be upgraded to, a CaseSnappy free trial.

Disclaimer
The case and concept summaries on the CaseSnappy platform are intended for informational purposes only. To the extent permitted by law, CaseSnappy does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy of the summaries on CaseSnappy. Nevertheless, we hold ourselves to very high standards of accuracy and take all precautions necessary to maintain this during summary generation. If you think you have found an inaccuracy in any of CaseSnappy's summaries, please report it here.

All other materials on CaseSnappy's Website are provided without any form of warranty, explicit or implicit. CaseSnappy disclaims all other guarantees and does not make any representations regarding the accuracy, completeness or reliability of these materials or the materials on any sites linked to this Website. CaseSnappy reserves the right to alter the content on its Website at any time without notification.

CaseSnappy Guarantee
The CaseSnappy Guarantee states that if you're a user on a Student or Commercial plan and you can't find the case you're searching for in our database, you can email us at hello@casesnappy.com and we'll add it within 24 hours. To fall under the guarantee, cases must be: decisions of the courts of England and Wales; publicly accessible without cost; within CaseSnappy's maximum length; and deemed important enough to warrant inclusion in the CaseSnappy database.

To ensure that this guarantee is not abused, it is limited to one request per user per week, and the 24 hour period concerned excludes all weekends and bank holidays. CaseSnappy is not responsible for any third-party errors which prevent case addition during any 24 hour period concerned. CaseSnappy reserves the right to carry out scheduled or unscheduled maintenance at any time which may prevent case addition during any 24 hour period concerned.

Availability of UKSC Cases
CaseSnappy's website states that the CaseSnappy database contains summaries of every UK Supreme Court (UKSC) case ever decided. The database is updated with new UKSC cases at least once per week, but there may occasionally be very recent UKSC cases not available on CaseSnappy's site, and CaseSnappy does not warrant that summaries of newly-decided UKSC cases will be immediately available. CaseSnappy is not responsible for any third-party errors which prevent UKSC case addition. CaseSnappy reserves the right to carry out scheduled or unscheduled maintenance at any time which may prevent UKSC case addition.

Academic Integrity
As above, the case and concept summaries on the CaseSnappy platform are intended for informational purposes only. CaseSnappy prohibits the direct copying (duplication) of any and all case and concept summaries, be this for use in academic assessments or otherwise. Copying case and concept summaries from CaseSnappy for use in academic assessments is very likely to be considered academic misconduct by academic institutions.

Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstance shall CaseSnappy or its suppliers be responsible for any damages arising from, or in connection with, the use or inability to use the materials on CaseSnappy's Website, even if CaseSnappy or a representative of the website has been informed of the potential of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not acknowledge limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental damages; such limitations may not be applicable to you.

Jurisdiction
